I am so glad we came across this while we was in Agadir. We did a few excusions through these tours. The Quad biking.. the boat trip and jeep tour. Such an amazing experience with 10 girls all multiple different horse riding experiences, they catered to us all! The staff were super friendly and made us all feel comfortable 🤍

Your adventure will begin with a hotel pickup, followed by driving north of Agadir to the Desert of Timlalin via Essaouira road passing by several Berber villages including Aourir, Tamraght, Taghazout, Aghroud, Tighert and Tamri, which is far from Timalin desert for very few miles.

The sport, also known as dune surfing or sand surfing, requires a specially-shaped board, gloves, goggles, a helmet, knee and elbow pads. Some pilots also apply sandboard wax to increase grip. Remember that the majority of dunes located on beaches are extremely sensitive.

Modern sandboarding was born in Brazil in the 70s, and became popular in Peru and the US in the 90s. Today, it is widespread worldwide. Sandboards are similar to regular snowboard but are generally thicker and include an extra layer of laminate base is is waxed before a ride to reduce friction with sand.
